Techniques are developed in the various traditions. Focus is on building strength, flexibility, endurance, dance vocabulary, and proper alignment. Classes progress to include more complex steps, jumps, turns and combinations. Level placement is based on a combination of age, ability and maturity. Classes perform in full length dance concerts annually. Select students also dance as guest artists at community arts festivals and civic events.
